Red Color Hydraulic Pile Cutter/Breaker for 600-2500mm Round Pile
According to construction needs of modern architecture, it is necessary for foundation piling. For better convergence between foundation pile and surface concrete structure, foundation pile will generally be 1-2m elevating above the soil, making the reinforcement completely retain on the ground. Pile breaker is a special tool used to break down the ground head concrete of foundation pile. Such tool is internationally called pile breaker. To conform to Chinese conventions, it is also named “pile cutting machine”.

Operating Principle: Modular design is adopted. Each module is provided with separate oil cylinder and drill rod. The oil cylinder drives the drill rod to realize rectilinear motion. Several modules are combined together to adapt to construction of piles with different diameters. Moreover, hydraulic pipelines are used for parallel connection to realize synchronization action. In the same section, the pile body is simultaneously squeezed from several points, so as to break the pile body at this section.
Advantages
Cylinder: The position of the cylinder in the middle has a longer service life than in the rear, and reduces damage to other parts
Mute setting:More environmentally friendly, reduce construction noise
Pipeline protection:The special oil pipe setting prevents the pile cutter from damaging the hydraulic system in different construction environments.
1.What is a pile breaker?
A pile breaker is a tool used to trim concrete outcrops and foundation piles. Pile breakers are most commonly used in pillar construction and demolition projects to crush the concrete part of a pillar without damaging the steel reinforcements encased within. When operated correctly, pile breakers produce a perfect horizontal pile cutting finish without damaging the reinforcement or leaving cracks below the cutoff level. Pile breakers have a modular design and are highly customizable, meaning that it’s easy to adapt the tool to the specific size and shape of each of the concrete piles on site.
2.What are the main components of a pile breaker?
A pile breaker is composed of cylinder modules and links, which can be adjusted on site and allows the pile breaker to fit perfectly around piles of varying shapes and sizes. Pile breakers come with different tip kits, and with different tip lengths, which allows for easy maintenance and versatility. A pile breaker’s lifting kit allows the pile breaker to be used with cranes, excavators, and other construction machines. Finally, pile breakers are available in both light and heavy models, which are each suited for different pile dimensions.
3.How does a pile breaker work?
First, the operator will position the pile breaker around the pillar that needs to be broken. Next, the operator activates the oil flow, which will cause the pile breaker to crush the concrete pile without damaging the pile’s internal structure. Finally, the pile breaker lifts upwards, separating and removing the concrete while leaving the steel rods free.
4.Benefits of using a pile breaker
Pile breakers save time. They’re fully automated throughout their operation and work many times faster than traditional concrete breaking processes. Additionally, pile breakers are easy to use, they’re simple to maintain, they don’t require special skills to operate, and they can work and last for years. Particularly for projects that require many piles to be broken in a single sitting, pile breakers can help reduce risk and decrease labor and maintenance costs.
5.Pile breakers for square piles VS round piles
When choosing a pile breaker for a project, it’s good to keep in mind that they come in two main styles: pile breakers for square piles and pile breakers for round piles. Each of these tools has been developed specifically for their pile shape and can be used accordingly.
6.Pile breaker features
A good pile breaker will be suitable for different construction requirements and will be easy to maneuver into position, reducing setup time. Similarly, pile breakers are easy to adjust on site, meaning the operator can break piles of varying sizes in a single use (at a speed of up to about 200 piles in an eight hour shift). Many pile breakers are designed with drill rods for increased reliability, have a low machine weight, and have durable wear parts. Light model pile breakers will require little digging due to their small dimensions. Finally, pile breakers do not require special skills to maintain, which will reduce maintenance costs and extend the life of the pile breaker.
