The casing are designed to perform cased holes, especially for the construction of bored piles by rotary drilling rigs. The casing joints with high machining accuracy guarantee a fast replacement and bolting of the casings as well as the best force transmission effect.
Kellyway offers two types of casings:

Attention of casing and tubing for piling project
1. The pipe casing should avoid to the collision, especially of casing joints knock against when install the casing bolts, it must be clean, otherwise it will cause the difficult installation.
2. The drilling bucket needs to be chiseled in advance when pile casing drives the increased torque to difficult.
3. The drilling bucket needs to be checked position and verticality of hole, to avoid opening the door at the hole bottom when lift the drilling open and closed again against to casing shoes.
4. You must be tested all movements of pulling machine normally before concreting. Pull up pipe casing immediately to prevent steel trunk floating after the end of grouting.
